So it’s June 1. It’s a Monday and it’s the beginning of a new month. Why not start something new?
That’s what we’re doing here today at CMM.
We fuel ourselves with coffee, work behind computer screens too many hours a day and don’t take in enough sunshine. Therefore, we are challenging ourselves, and you, to get up, out and exercise 20 out of the 30 days of June. While doing so, we believe that we will feel better, look leaner and, in line with all of these positive feelings, eat healthier. We will be sharing healthy recipes, inspiration, tips and tricks, how-to’s as well as struggles and truths throughout the month. To kickstart this wellness regime, we are sharing an article we did last year on fitness technology to get you started on tracking your results. (A personal favorite is the Fitbit Flex.)
